A short walk through rainforest and eucalypt forest, past towering Sydney blue gums and moss covered stairs and footbridges.

This lightly trafficked walk starts from the Blackbean day-use area on National Park Road in Ravensbourne.

The walk begins in the rainforest from the rear of the day-use area, before shortly branching right to the Rainforest Circuit.

This short loop undulates through a mix of rainforest and towering Sydney blue gums, with moss covered steps and footbridges adding to the scenery.

After rejoining the main trail again, head left back to the starting point.

This short walk is great for families with children or those with minimal time in the area.

For those looking to stretch their legs more, the track can be combined with the Palm Creek Circuit (including the Sandstone Overhang) and/or the Buaraba Creek Track.

The day-use area has drop toilets, wood BBQs and both covered and open picnic tables. There is no camping or rubbish bins at the day-use area.

Track: Graded and well-signed, the track is easy to follow, with only a small amount of elevation change.

Difficulty: The track is suitable for all fitness levels.

Direction: This is a loop track that branches off a main out-and-back track. It is recomended to do the loop in an anticlockwise direction.
